We combine our teams in cutting-edge technologies and digital deep experiences with the innovation ecosystem, to ensure that we can provide the best solution to face business challenges, from its concept to its implementation. We are looking for a SCRUM MASTER to join our Tech Team.

What you will do

• You will be an ambassador for agile values and teach an agile mindset and agile frameworks
• You will guide and coach product teams and support Product Owners to deliver continuous customer value
• You will be a servant leader with a strong hands-on mentality – whatever impediments there might be for the product team, you will be there to remove them
• You will be a collaborator at heart, with a strong sense of empathy, and equipped with extraordinary communication skills helping to overcome conflicts
• You will be driven by continuous improvement and fostering new, creative solutions
• You will work pragmatically and support teams to deliver high-quality solutions with speed
• You will be an active member of the Lufthansa Group Agile Community
• You will work in an international environment with a diverse team
