Overview As our PR & Communications Director, you will develop and execute the PR & communications strategy for La Roca Village and Las Rozas Village. You will drive the optimal positioning of the Villages in media, focusing on image and message to the consumer market, the press, and tourism. This role will be based in both La Roca Village and Las Rozas Village.
What you will be doing Define the local, national, and international PR & communications strategy and roadmap for the Villages.
Manage external consultants on all PR issues including event planning and organization.
Brief and work with PR agencies to obtain well-placed, high-quality editorial coverage in targeted press and media.
Develop relationships with key influencers and opinion formers to identify opportunities to drive the VIP outreach programme.
Lead the PR & Communications team and be responsible for the team\'s performance and development.

Degree education in Marketing or Marketing communications or equivalent qualifications (preferable).
Proven experience in a similar role, in-house or agency environment, with extensive exposure to retail marketing, brand building, and consumer events.
Proven success working with press and media partners.
First-class background in corporate communications.
Good understanding of digital marketing and general digital trends.
Demonstrate positivity and creativity under pressure.
Fluent in English and Spanish; any other European language would be beneficial.
