About the roleWe are looking for a Business Development Representative with solid experience in reproductive genetics, assisted reproduction (IVF) or clinical diagnostics, to lead business development in Spain and the region.Your responsibilities will include :
- Identifying new business opportunities and market niches, working closely with the laboratory team in Valencia.
- Designing and implementing tailored commercial strategies for the assisted reproduction sector.
- Promoting the adoption of advanced genetic solutions in fertility clinics, hospitals and laboratories.
- Building and maintaining strong and trustworthy client relationships, providing a close and personalised experience.
- Representing the company at key industry congresses and events.
- Preparing business reports and contributing to the region’s strategic planning process.About you
- Direct experience in genetics, IVF or molecular diagnostics.
- Proven experience in representative roles within the healthcare sector, with at least 3 years in assisted reproduction or related fields.
- University degree in Biology, Biomedicine, Genetics or a related discipline.
- Postgraduate training in Embryology, business management or healthcare management will be valued.
- In-depth knowledge of the reproductive health ecosystem and of the main professional associations in the sector.Key competences
