Overview AWWG Warehouse Logistics, Events & Operations Specialist - AWWG Madrid. You will be part of the LOW / Warehouse team, responsible for the development and management of events and inventories, ensuring efficient operations and smooth coordination across warehouse activities.
Responsibilities Oversee the activity calendar of the L.O.W., ensuring timely updates and smooth execution of scheduled operations.
Act as the main point of contact for events, leading planning, coordination, and logistics to guarantee successful delivery.
Manage and control inventories within the L.O.W., including support for event requirements, market stalls, and urgent operational needs.
Collaborate closely with the Events team to align on general needs, providing proactive solutions and seamless support.
Requirements 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar role
Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish is required (min. C1); any other languages are a big plus
Advanced Excel knowledge
Good use of other MS Office tools such as PowerPoint and Word
Passion for the world of retail and fashion
