Senior Frontend Engineering Team Lead

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Engineer to join our organization as a Frontend Engineering Team Lead. The Gaming Area focuses on Game Play and Game Discovery across all brands and markets.

Key Objectives

Prepare our journey towards building a micro-frontend user interface.

Increase the scalability of our systems while maintaining their high quality.

We will be part of a passionate team, which is building an industry-leading, scalable, multi-brand platform to support 25+ online brands. Our brands are used by hundreds of thousands of users and growing.

Main Responsibilities

People management, including motivation, participating in recruiting and onboarding, performance reviews, personal development planning, and one-on-one meetings.

Closely collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and stakeholders to discuss and implement business requirements.

Develop products to meet business needs and implement components according to modern software development standards (creating custom web components, micro-frontend architecture, etc.).

Proactively participate in solution development, process improvements.

Take part in decision-making processes for design or improvement of application architecture, solution development, architecture, and code review.

Suggest technologies or approaches and decide together with the team which technology to use.

Our teams are cross-functional and all team members focus on doing their own tasks and working together with and assisting other team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience in frontend software development for more than 5 years.

At least 1 year of team management or Scrum Master experience.

At least 3 years of experience working with Agile, Scrum methodology.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Agile mindset, business goals orientation.

Excellent knowledge and experience across frontend development with JavaScript, TypeScript alongside a modern framework like Angular, React, Vue, etc.
