Overview

As a leading hospitality professional, you will own the guest experience related to cleanliness and visual impressions onboard. This role is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of premium service that is both exceptional and memorable.

This individual takes full ownership and accountability for the maintenance and cleanness, guaranteeing the flawless delivery of all services to the highest level of expectation.

They excel at establishing and maintaining a positive working environment, managing performance expectations through open and frequent communication.

With excellent training, leadership development, and recognition skills, they motivate supervisors and crew members to deliver exceptional customer service to guests through consistent execution of their responsibilities.

All duties and responsibilities are performed in accordance with international brand standards and quality management guidelines.

Employees conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner, interacting with guests or fellow employees in a respectful and considerate way.

Key Responsibilities

  • To oversee the maintenance and cleanness of public areas and cabins
  • To manage the housekeeping team to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • To implement and maintain housekeeping procedures and standards
  • To monitor and address any issues related to housekeeping operations

Requirements

  • Two to three years of progressive housekeeping managerial experience
  • A bachelor\'s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent
  • Extensive knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and safety procedures
  • Knowledgeable about talent assessment techniques, quality service standards, and guest satisfaction, development of crew / management, leadership skills, and coaching abilities for front-line employees and junior management
