As a Technical Team Leader, you will provide technical leadership in developing and integrating software solutions within a microservices environment, contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle. You will play a pivotal role in integrating third-party systems, particularly payment gateways, ensuring seamless and secure communication. This role requires expertise in large-scale systems and software integrations Key ResponsibilitiesSolve complex technical problems, reduce redundancy, and increase efficiency.Apply deep knowledge of OOP, data structures, and algorithms to architect robust solutions.Develop modern, intuitive user interfaces and high-performance RESTful APIs.Ensure code quality through unit testing and continuous integration practices.Design efficient data storage solutions with relational databases.Lead integration of third-party systems, including payment gateways, ensuring secure and seamless communication.Apply containerization for streamlined deployment and management of scalable applications.Drive Dev Ops best practices to automate software delivery pipelines. Requirements10+ years in Software Development.2+ years leading high-performing development teams.Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).Hybrid role : 20–25% on-site presence in Madrid.
