To support this shift, we’re looking for an experienced Tech Lead (Shopify), ideally based in Barcelona (Remote work from all over Spain possible) - to lead the internal enablement process. Mentor and coach the current developer team in Shopify technologies.

Build up Shopify expertise and development skills within the existing team.

Leadership experience in coaching or upskilling technical teams.

Proficiency in modern frontend technologies (React, Tailwind, etc.).

Familiarity with API design, Shopify app development, and performance optimization.

Strong English skills (for communication with POs and project leads).

Residence in Spain, preferably Barcelona for occasional in-person meetups.

Nice to Have :

E-commerce experience in complex shop setups / multi-brand systems.

What We Offer

A key role in an exciting, high-impact migration project that shapes the future of our entire e-commerce platform.

Opportunity to develop your leadership skills by driving a strategic company-wide transformation.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, designers, and international stakeholders, broadening your business and technical perspective.

Work in an international, forward-thinking tech environment.

100% remote work within Spain, with occasional meetups.

Competitive salary and strong opportunities for professional growth through hands-on experience.

Annual training budget of up to €1,500 for courses, conferences, and certifications.

Employee discounts, flexible working hours, and access to learning resources.
