Account Manager (German-speaking) On-site in Malaga
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven German-speaking Account Manager to join our team in Malaga. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of German SME clients, focusing on long-term growth, retention, and delivering premium value to ensure strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of German SME clients, with full accountability for retention and expansion.
- Identify client needs and provide suitable products / services to drive customer engagement.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline to achieve and exceed sales growth targets.
- Seek new business opportunities through referrals, self-generated leads, and client networks.
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring alignment with client goals.
- Work closely with internal teams to maximize client satisfaction and business performance.
Qualifications
Proficiency in German (native or bilingual) with advanced English.Background in sales / account management within the German market.Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills.Goal-oriented, self-driven, and highly organized.Ability to influence senior executives and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.Creative problem-solver with a “challenger mindset.”(If you don’t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.)
