Position : Construction Manager

As part of our Construction team, you will be involved in comprehensive project management, from planning to execution, reporting to the Project Director. Your responsibilities will include :

• Providing technical support to the sales team in client relations.
• Conducting site visits for data collection.
• Collaborating with Design and Studies teams on architecture and installation projects, mainly interior fit-outs for offices and retail spaces.
• Managing quality procedures, materials, and finishes.
• Overseeing resources, subcontracting, cost control, scheduling, and financial closeouts.
• Requesting, managing, and analyzing bids from suppliers.
• Preparing project documentation such as measurements, planning, economic control, reports, and as-built documents.
• Applying your ingenuity to diverse daily activities.
