Responsibilities

• Master your toolkit. Work across diverse tech stacks to select the right tools for every challenge. From monolithic to microservices architectures, gRPC to REST APIs, Kubernetes to Docker, Python to Rust — understanding purpose and impact matters more than following trends.
• Build stuff that matters. Regardless of seniority, enjoy autonomy and own your work from ideation to execution, building software from the ground up and seeing code evolve into a product used at scale.
• Simplify relentlessly. Question whether every component and process is essential, optimize CI / CD pipelines, write maintainable code, and craft minimalist architectures to enable scalable, future-proof solutions.

The selection process

If you pass screening, you’ll take on a few tests designed to assess how you approach unfamiliar problems. They’re challenging and may take several hours. If successful, you’ll be invited to a series of interviews. We set the bar high and may keep roles open for months or repost them.
