Descripción del trabajoCollaborate closely with development teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution. Define and design architecture solutions to meet business requirements for both new and existing systems. Oversee the end-to-end process of bringing projects into production, including technical documentation, infrastructure management, architecture validation, and metadata maintenance. Provide support for technical updates on live projects, such as infrastructure upgrades or technical documentation improvements. Lead and contribute in cross-team meetings, effectively explaining, defending, and aligning on technical solutions. Understand technical requirements and translate them into actionable IT strategies and project plans. Use technical development tools and databases to support solution design and implementation. Promote and apply Agile methodologies within the project teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in IT projects (development, infrastructure, and architecture).
- Strong technical expertise in development tools and databases.
- Solid understanding of IT project lifecycles and solution delivery.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate across teams.
- Spanish and fluent English (both written and spoken).
