Storage & Data Protection Expert

We are seeking a skilled Storage & Data Protection Expert to join our client as a contractor, working remotely or onsite in the charming region of Valencia.

This 12-month contract offers great potential for long-term growth and professional development. Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience administering storage arrays from various vendors, including Netapp, DELL EMC, HPE 3PAR, and others.

Administering storage and backup infrastructures' systems
Providing technical support for storage and backup users (connectivity, performance, troubleshooting, etc.)
Managing backup clients, schedules, and retentions
Maintaining detailed technical documentation

Key Requirements :

Proven experience with storage replication technologies and host integration best practices

Hands-on experience with fiber channel fabrics (Cisco MDS and Brocade)

Extensive knowledge in Enterprise Backup systems (EMC Avamar, EMC Data Domain, EMC ECS, Veeam B&R, Netbackup, etc.)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
