As a Senior Sales Manager, your mission is to lead high-performing sales teams across multiple programs varying by language, market and sales funnel stage - by leveraging data-driven insights, cultivating a positive team culture, and consistently delivering on ambitious revenue targets. You will champion performance excellence, strategic planning, and continuous innovation to elevate the customer experience and drive business growth.
Drive Sales Excellence : Manage and apply performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, sales targets, NPS, client engagement) to improve overall sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction.Lead by Insight : Collaborate with team leads to derive actionable insights from real sales interactions, using them to refine processes and optimize team performance.Financial Oversight : Monitor sales expenditures and losses to align with broader commercial objectives and contribute to profitability for both TDCX and our client through ROI measurements.Foster Team Engagement : Build a strong, connected sales culture by mentoring Leads, promoting open communication, and turning organizational goals into inspiring, actionable team objectives.Talent Strategy : Oversee the structure, recruitment, onboarding, and development of sales teams in collaboration with senior leadership and business partners.Customer-Centric Innovation : Translate frontline sales feedback into opportunities for service enhancements, advocating for solutions that align with strategic goals and customer expectations.Adapt and Lead Change : Guide your teams through a dynamic sales environment by communicating effectively, managing transformation, and ensuring readiness for evolving market demands.Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.Who are we looking for?
