Community Manager Job Opportunity

We're seeking a creative and organized Community Manager to develop engaging content, manage our community, and shape our digital presence across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement social-first content in line with the content calendar.

Create on-brand copy to represent our voice across all social media channels.

Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and pitch fresh, creative content ideas.

Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to fulfill content needs.

Establish content guidelines, playbooks, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality.

Support social media strategy through competitor research and content performance analysis.

Research trends and propose innovative content formats to strategists.

Use internal tools to monitor, track, and analyze content performance.

Produce regular reports on KPIs and campaign effectiveness.

Maintain and nurture relationships with our audience, partners, influencers, and industry professionals.

About You

You're a digital native who loves social media and community building. You know how to engage audiences, spot trends, and bring energy and creativity into every piece of content you create.

Requirements :

Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken); knowledge of French, Portuguese, or Italian is a plus.

Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in social media or community management.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proactive, can-do attitude and ownership of projects.

Detail-oriented, analytical, and strong problem-solving skills.

Stay current on digital trends, tech updates, and media shifts.

Proficiency in Canva and CapCut for short-form video editing.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.

Knowledge of community KPIs.

Experience working in a vibrant, international team environment.

Based in Madrid, Spain, or willing to relocate.
