Overview

Job Title : Data Governance Leader

In this strategic role, you will oversee the development and implementation of data governance strategies to ensure high-quality data across our organization. This position requires a strong understanding of data management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive results.

You will be responsible for defining policies, procedures, and standards for data management, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your expertise will enable us to make informed business decisions, improve operational efficiency, and reduce risk.

Responsibilities

Data Management Strategies : Develop and implement effective data governance strategies to align with our business objectives.

Policies and Procedures : Create and maintain comprehensive policies, procedures, and standards for data management, including data quality, security, and access controls.

Compliance : Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices for data management.

Stakeholder Engagement : Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to promote data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Master's Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Systems.

8+ years of experience in data management, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.

Strong project management skills, including ERP know-how and IT affinity.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive results and instill trust.
