Revenue Growth Strategist

The Revenue Growth Strategist plays a pivotal role in driving business expansion and operational excellence. This position ensures accurate forecasting, transparent performance reporting, and process optimization to support data-driven decision-making.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support revenue forecasting, variance analysis, and actuals vs. budgeting.
  • Assist in developing dynamic models that project pipeline conversion and revenue attainment.

Data & Reporting

  • Maintain and enhance dashboards that tie revenue performance to key financial KPIs (e.g., margins per service, LTV, CAC, forecast, net retention).
  • Work with finance teams to ensure accurate data flow between systems.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies that impact financial performance.
  • Support the integration of tools and data sets for improved revenue visibility.
  • Key Skills :

  • Power BI expertise
  • Tableau experience
  • Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
  • SQL knowledge (optional)
  • BI tool expertise (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Requirements :

  • 4-5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Business Analysis, or Revenue / Sales Operations
  • Experience developing and presenting business metrics to management
  • Fluent English
