Minimum 2 years of experience in process improvement, operations management, or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently. A bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in a professional setting focused on process and operational improvement. Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems under pressure. Innovative mindset focused on doing things better, faster, more efficiently. Ability to collaborate and work with a highly diverse set of customers, transportation partners, and internal partners. Passion for the service needs of our customers and transportation partners. Analytical and critical thinking ability. Strong communication and organizational skills.
