We are now looking for an
HR Director
to take on a strategic leadership role, define the foundations of our People function, and support Ibancar’s growth in Spain and LATAM.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an
experienced HR Director
with a generalist background, ideally coming from productive or operational environments and with proven experience in international contexts and in building HR departments from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic People & HR Leadership
Build, implement, and optimize HR processes and policies.
Lead performance management and compensation strategy.
Ensure compliance with labor law, collective bargaining agreements, and internal regulations.
Act as the point of contact with Workers’ Council, Labor Inspection, and external auditors.
Define and manage HR KPIs, reporting, and HR dashboards.
Budget planning for HR, variance analysis, forecasting, and Headcount planning.
Manage variable compensation linked to performance and verify attainment of objectives.
Design and implement HR strategies to support company growth.
Oversee recruitment processes and manage external partners.
Team & People Management
Lead and develop the HR team.
Manage labor relations and collective negotiation.
Oversee recruitment, training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure regulatory compliance in all HR areas.
Drive continuous improvement in talent management.
Partner with operational teams for effective resource planning.
Track people management metrics and report to leadership.
Requirements
Proven experience managing international offices or delegations.
Experience building an HR department from scratch.
Strong generalist background (HRBP / HR Manager profile).
Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in fintech or fast-growth environments is a plus.
English level C1 (test will be required).
Demonstrated leadership, autonomy, and decision-making capacity in fast-paced environments.
Strong results orientation and high sensitivity to people and culture.
What We Offer
100% On-site position (Málaga).
Monday to Friday schedule.
Base salary : 30k–35k , plus performance-based bonus.
