Operations and Systems Administrator

Overview Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Operations & Monitoring Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervising production environments, executing procedural tasks, and supporting incident and change management in critical systems.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, stability, and performance of our clients' platforms through proactive monitoring, technical support, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities Continuous monitoring of operational consoles (including Omega) and production events

Review of technology agent statuses (monitoring, backups, etc.)

Health report analysis and corrective actions

Shift-based health checks, including firewall and load balancer optimization

Skills and Qualifications Experience in supervising production environments and executing procedural tasks

Strong background in incident and change management in critical systems

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
