We’re seeking a passionate AI Engineer to spearhead the next generation of developer productivity tools. This is a strategic, high-impact role where you’ll shape how AI transforms software engineering practices, improving velocity, quality, and collaboration across distributed teams.

You will design and build AI-powered tools that accelerate software development, from code generation to innovative review systems and intelligent automation. You’ll operationalise AI at scale by orchestrating multi-agent AI systems, running A / B testing frameworks, and fine-tuning models for real-world engineering use. You’ll experiment continuously, deploying data-driven methods to measure productivity gains and evolve the platform over time. Collaboration will be key as you work with engineering leads, DevOps, and security teams across regions to ensure seamless adoption of AI capabilities. You’ll also lead workshops, onboard teams, and champion the cultural adoption of AI-driven development practices.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years in software engineering, platform engineering, or developer productivity roles

Hands-on experience with LLM-based tools, agent orchestration, or AI-powered code generation systems

Proficiency in languages such as Python, TypeScript, Go, or Rust, plus exposure to CI / CD pipelines, monorepos, and infrastructure-as-code

Ability to balance technical execution with a clear vision for how AI transforms software delivery
