Back End Developer

Location :  Remote (EU / US friendly time zones) | Full-time

At  Alinia AI , we help enterprises in finance, insurance, and healthcare deploy generative AI safely and responsibly. Our platform provides alignment guardrails and compliance monitoring to ensure AI systems are trustworthy.

We’re hiring a  Backend Engineer  to design and scale privacy-first backend systems, APIs, and services that meet enterprise-grade security and compliance standards.

What you’ll do :

Build and maintain backend APIs and services.

Implement security & privacy safeguards (SOC2, GDPR, ISO 42001).

Support SaaS, VPC, and on-prem deployments.

Collaborate across engineering, ML, and compliance teams.

What we’re looking for :

3–5+ years backend engineering experience.

Strong Python (FastAPI / Flask / Django) + PostgreSQL.

Cloud + Kubernetes / Docker.

Data security expertise (encryption, IAM, logging).

Bonus : VPC / on-prem experience, regulated industries, gRPC / distributed systems.
