Senior Product Manager

to lead and shape the Core Experience of our platform. Use data and user feedback to enhance experiences for patients, therapists, and clients. Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration :

Work with engineering, design, customer success, and data teams to deliver features. Manage product delivery in an agile environment and leverage AI tools to improve development efficiency. Focus on Metrics and Outcomes :

Use data analysis to identify opportunities and measure success. Conduct A / B testing to optimize user flows and validate hypotheses. Maintain high quality standards for user experience. Familiarity with personalization, A / B testing, and user-centered design principles. ~ Strong understanding of product management methodologies, including user research, agile development, and experimentation. ~ Fluency in English & Spanish ~ Specific curiosity about AI and its application in digital products, with the ability to anticipate how emerging technologies can transform user experiences and create competitive advantages in the market.

Full-time, fixed contract (Monday to Friday). Office located in the heart of Madrid, close to Manuel Becerra / Lista. Hybrid work model and flexible working hours : with the option to come to the office as often as you’d like
