Overview CRM Operations Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Operator to join our international team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of efficiently managing CRM operational tasks and possessing strong proficiency with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce and Veeva CRM.

Responsibilities Familiarity with user profile management, territories, products, Key Messages, and questionnaires is essential.

Experience with solid knowledge of CRM operational processes and version control tools like Git is a plus.

Proven experience with CRM support and operational tasks in the pharma sector.

Collaborate with support teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth CRM operations in a fast-paced environment.

Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives and implement operational changes and updates in the CRM system.

Qualifications Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).

Experience with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce and Veeva CRM.
