About the Role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join the UNIVERIS software development organization. As part of the DevOps team, the engineer will focus on continuous improvement of the software development lifecycle, implement infrastructure as code best practices, and support cloud adoption. The role requires ongoing learning in automation, virtualization, containerization, cloud computing, and emerging technologies to benefit software development. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, always seeking to improve and help accelerate development teams.

Responsibilities :

  • Automate processes and manage infrastructure at UNIVERIS.
  • Support hybrid infrastructure, network, and end devices using Ansible, ManageEngine, and Terraform.
  • Develop and maintain CI / CD systems in GitLab CI.
  • Manage implementation of UNIVERIS products, proposing and developing process improvements.
  • Create reusable code for CI / CD and infrastructure automation.
  • Enhance tools and infrastructure to support software development.
  • Implement reliability practices for environments.
  • Mentor team members as part of the Professional Services team.

Desired Skills :

  • English proficiency at B2 (Vantage or Upper-Intermediate).
  • Practical knowledge of Windows OS (IIS, users, roles, functions).
  • Experience with GIT for version control.
  • Experience with GitLab CI for CI / CD.
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible.
  • Proficiency in C# programming.
  • Scripting skills with PowerShell.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, especially infrastructure as code and working with Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Responsible, eager to improve, and capable of working independently and in teams.
  • Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

    • Your Formal Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in Systems Administration, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science is advantageous.
