Senior Engineering Manager

The Senior Engineering Manager will lead and coordinate engineering teams to ensure the successful planning, design, and implementation of renewable energy projects. This role requires a highly experienced professional with a strong background in engineering leadership, project management, and technical excellence in renewable energy. The ideal candidate must have excellent analytical skills, be capable of managing multiple engineering projects simultaneously, and provide strategic technical support to the Business Development (BD) and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) teams.

Reporting directly to the Head of Engineering & Construction, this role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to align engineering efforts with the company’s objectives and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Engineering Leadership & Team Management :

Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and collaboration.

Oversee the design, evaluation, and implementation of PV, BESS, and Wind energy projects, with a primary focus on managing the engineering processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct technical due diligence and engineering assessments for BD and M&A opportunities.

Coordinate effectively with internal departments, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field) is required.

12+ years of experience in engineering management, with a strong emphasis on renewable energy projects.

Expertise in renewable energy project design, feasibility analysis, and execution.

Fluent in English (mandatory); proficiency in Spanish is a strong advantage.

Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
