to join us remotely and take the lead in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent. This is a focused,

high-quality, non-volume recruiting role

What You’ll Do : Lead end-to-end recruitment for key roles across multiple regions Source, screen, and coordinate with potential hires — one great candidate at a time Collaborate with team leads to refine job descriptions and hiring criteria Help improve internal hiring systems, from documentation to onboarding Be a true hiring partner, not just a CV screener What We’re Looking For : 2–5 years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency) Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage hiring independently Someone who values culture-first hiring and thoughtful decisions Available to work remotely, with flexibility across time zones Why You’ll Love Working With Us : We value
