Principal Hardware Engineer

Hardware Architect

We are seeking an experienced hardware architect to design and develop new hardware accelerators for artificial intelligence applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop complex hardware-software systems

Deep understanding of microcontrollers, subsystems, memory controllers, and memory architectures

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement hardware-software co-design

Implement low-power, high-performance designs using various technologies and tools

Analyse and optimise system performance and power consumption

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Micro-electronics, Physics, or similar field

10 years of experience in complex hardware-software design and architecture

Deep knowledge of MCUs, Subsystems, Memory Controllers, and memory architectures (e.g. SRAM, DDR, ROM, eFuse, HBM)

Experience with VPU, NPU, GPU, CPU, TPU architecture, Vector, Matrix, Scaler units simulation / modelling - System C, TLM, UML

Knowledge of ML frameworks - Tensorflow, PyTorch, Python or similar DSP algorithms - FIR, IIR filters or FFT

Experience in IP design, system design, system architecture
