What will you acquire?
Our internships follow a structured framework with interactive training, development activities, and close collaboration with our experienced team. During your 6 months with us you will learn by doing and gain first-hand exposure to real business challenges. Specifically, you will learn :
RHG Culture & Business Foundations — Introduction to RHG culture, beliefs, leadership foundations, and brand architecture.Understanding of the current business focus and long-term priorities.Ecommerce Fundamentals — The principles of hotel ecommerce and digital acquisition.How our Radissonhotels.com programme, Club Web, works to increase direct sales to boost hotel results.Step-by-step exposure to account management practices, learning how to coordinate with hotels and digital channels.Hands-on experience with onboarding a hotel into structured digital programmes (briefings, market analysis, channels analysis).How to prepare and interpret performance scorecards (content, parity, reputation, and online sales share).How digital channels (SEO, SEM, Display, Affiliates, Meta Search) interact and impact hotel performance.How to transform raw data into insights through dashboards, reports, and presentations.Collaboration & Communication — Exposure to other teams and business units (Distribution, Marketing, Revenue, Web, and Hotels).Development of communication skills through real interactions with hotels and cross-functional partners.How to support structured workflows using templates, ticketing tools, and reporting frameworks.Personal Growth & Mentorship — 1-1 mentor guidance with regular feedback sessions.Continuous development in a fast-paced, international environment.Opportunity to join senior account managers and learn how to conduct professional hotel reviews.#J-18808-Ljbffr
