Overview As a highly skilled Unified Communications Specialist , you will play a critical role in our organization's success.

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation and management of our Microsoft Teams platform.

Responsibilities Architecture and Integration : Design and implement scalable architecture for Unified Communications and Collaboration services.

Troubleshooting and Support : Provide timely and effective support for end-users, resolving complex technical issues related to Microsoft Teams.

Security and Compliance : Ensure the security and compliance of our Microsoft Teams environment, implementing best practices and policies to safeguard user data.

Network Planning and Configuration : Plan and configure network settings to ensure seamless integration with Microsoft Teams.

Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Upper-intermediate level of English.

Technical Expertise : In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Teams, including its features, policies, and configuration options.

Lifecycle Management : Ability to plan and deploy Microsoft Teams, manage access for external users, and implement lifecycle management and governance.

Collaboration Experience : Strong understanding of collaboration tools and platforms, including chat, channels, and virtual events.

App Management : Knowledge of managing apps within Microsoft Teams.

Meeting and Virtual Events Experience : Ability to manage meeting and virtual events experiences.

Device Management : Understanding of configuring and managing Microsoft Teams devices.
