What you’ll be doing
- Evangelize Alloy’s value proposition and build a qualified pipeline for the Enterprise team.
- Develop sales strategies and close deals within top US banks.
- Build relationships with executives across Business, Digital, Technology, Risk, and Compliance in major banks, increasing awareness of Alloy’s brand and value.
- Conduct discovery to understand bank challenges, initiatives, tech stacks, and priorities.
- Establish credibility as a thought leader in Digital Transformation, Digital Identity, Compliance, Fraud, and Credit Risk.
- Become an expert on Alloy’s product offering and tailor solutions to client needs.
- Manage end‑to‑end sales processes : outbound strategy, opportunity qualification, collaboration with Solutions Engineers for demos, negotiations, contracting, and closing.
- Collaborate with the team to incorporate market feedback from prospects and clients.
What we’re looking for
3+ years of experience in a quota‑carrying Enterprise sales role.Strong history selling to US banks with knowledge of identity, fraud, and compliance preferred.Large network of industry executives and leaders.Demonstrated consultative sales skills and strong discovery abilities.Ability to translate risk, compliance, technical, and customer experience challenges into business value.Excellent research, planning, detail orientation, and communication skills.Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.Ability to manage complex, multi‑threaded sales cycles.Self‑starter with motivation to solve customer problems.Willingness to travel.Compensation, benefits & compensation note
Alloy offers a competitive base salary, equity awards (stock options ISO), and a comprehensive benefits package. The anticipated starting OTE is between $300,000 and $340,000. Details will be shared by your recruiter.
