Senior Software Engineer – 5G / 4G Private Network Management and Orchestration Platform (Busqueda Urgente)

Responsibilities :

• Design & Development : Lead the design and implementation of our 5G / 4G network management and orchestration platform, focusing on multi-vendor integration and the full lifecycle automation of network components.
• System Architecture : Define and build a modular architecture based on microservices, containerization, and orchestration using Kubernetes and Helm, ensuring scalability, resilience, and security.
• API Integration : Design and implement robust APIs that enable seamless integration with external systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) and ensure interoperability across various technology vendors.
• Team Leadership : Collaborate with and guide development teams, enforcing best practices, agile methodologies, and high-quality coding standards.
• Monitoring & Optimization : Establish KPIs, SLAs, and monitoring systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) to ensure optimal performance and stability of the platform.
• Continuous Innovation : Research emerging trends in telecommunications and propose innovative solutions to enhance our service offerings.
