next-generation Community–CRM platform

for Fortune 500 brands.

We already run large-scale branded communities. Now, we’re scaling our platform into an

enterprise-ready system

that connects

data, advocacy, and social proof .

To do this, we’re looking for a

Frontend Architect

who can own the future of our client dashboards and member experiences.

What you’ll do

Define and lead our

frontend architecture

(React or Next.js).

Build and maintain a

design system

that scales across dashboards, CMS, and member portals.

Set

coding standards, performance benchmarks, and accessibility compliance .

Partner with backend engineers on

API contracts and data flows .

Mentor our full-stack team and elevate overall FE delivery quality.

Ensure the platform is

multi-country, multi-language, and enterprise-ready .

What we’re looking for

3+ years building complex React/Next.js applications.

Track record of implementing or managing

design systems .

Experience balancing

performance, scalability, and usability .

Bonus: multi-tenant SaaS, gamification systems, or community platforms.
