Senior DevOps Google Cloud Engineer

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Google Cloud Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role you will lead our efforts in designing, implementing and maintaining robust, scalable and secure infrastructure on the Google Cloud Platform. You will be at the forefront of our cloud operations driving automation, efficiency and reliability across our systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, highly available and fault-tolerant systems on Google Cloud Platform
• Lead the development and maintenance of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Cloud Deployment Manager
• Optimize and automate CI / CD pipelines to streamline software delivery processes
• Implement and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
• Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting and logging solutions to ensure system health and performance
• Collaborate with development teams to improve application deployment and operational efficiency
• Implement and maintain robust security measures and best practices for cloud infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments
• Mentor junior team members and promote DevOps best practices across the organization
• Stay up-to-date with the latest GCP features and industry trends recommending improvements to our cloud strategy
