Senior Consultant

NTT DATA is looking for a senior / manager profile who can connect business goals with Data & AI solutions—owning thevision, roadmap, and operating modelto scale value.

You will act as atranslator between business and technology, partnering with C-level leaders and cross-functional teams to prioritize use cases, ensure adoption, and manage risk (including ethics, privacy, and security).

Qualifications :

Bachelor's / master's degree in engineering, Business / Economics, Mathematics / Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.

Postgraduate courses in AI / Analytics / Digital Transformation are a plus.

Experience :

3+ years in consulting or internal roles defining and executing Data & AI / Analytics strategy, leading initiatives and teams, and serving as the business–tech bridge.

Experience in one or more of : Automotive, Life Sciences, Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, Services / Infrastructure, or Travel–Transport–Leisure (HTTL)

Core Competences :

Strategic consulting, portfolio prioritization, and roadmap design.

Stakeholder management and C-level communication; storytelling and visualization (Power BI, Tableau, Dash / Streamlit for effective communication).

Solid fundamentals of ML / GenAI to assess approaches (not a hands development role).

Functional knowledge of Python / SQL to understand solutions and validate hypotheses.

Agile / Lean Product (discovery, backlog, value tracking); working knowledge of Data Governance.

Advanced English

Nice to Have :

GenAI experience (LLMs, RAG, copilots), prompt engineering, and model quality measurement.

Process Mining and optimization / metaheuristics.

Certifications or knowledge of Cloud (Azure / AWS / GCP), MLOps, or Data Governance
