We are looking for a Strategy & Value Creation Manager—a hybrid role combining high-level executive support, strategic insight, structured thinking and cross-country coordination. This position is ideal for someone coming from consulting who wants to move closer to the business, gain exposure to senior leadership and contribute to value creation initiatives across the group.
To provide strategic, analytical and organizational support to Portik’s Executive Team, ensuring high-quality preparation of executive materials, coordination of cross-country information, and effective support in strategic initiatives and value creation projects.
This role requires strong communication, advanced presentation-building skills, analytical rigor and the ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders.
Executive Support with Strategic Focus
Prepare, design and structure executive-level presentations for committees, leadership meetings and reporting to Odevo.
Draft briefing documents, summaries and pre-reads for senior management.
Ensure consistency, clarity and quality in all materials delivered to the Executive Team.
Support the execution and follow-up of value creation initiatives across countries and business units.
Conduct high-level analysis of operational and financial information (non-modeling) to identify insights, trends or opportunities.
Collaborate with corporate functions to gather, consolidate and structure data for strategic reviews.
Maintain an overview of ongoing strategic projects and ensure that key milestones and deliverables are met.
Provide occasional support with high-impact administrative needs of the Executive Team (agenda coordination for key meetings, logistics, documentation).
Help streamline internal communication and optimize senior leadership workflows.
2–3 years of experience in a reputable consulting firm (strategy, operations, transformation) or a demanding corporate environment.
~ Fluent English (C1–C2) is essential.
~ Portuguese and / or Italian are highly valued.
~ Advanced command of PowerPoint and solid proficiency in Excel.
