Advanced Manufacturing Specialist

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to support the execution of manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

As a key member of our team, you will prepare materials, reagents, and equipment, conduct laboratory procedures and tests, record production data, and perform routine maintenance of lab instruments.

Responsibilities

• Conducts manufacturing processes and laboratory tests according to approved instructions and guidelines.
• Operates various laboratory equipment, including spectrophotometers, microscopes, and other analytical instruments.
• Compiles manufacturing data, performs calculations, and completes records in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and well-resourced workspace in line with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Follows strict laboratory protocols, adhering to safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborates with colleagues under supervision to transfer and set up new processes and systems as needed.
• Participates in activities related to continuous improvement, process optimization, and Lean Six-Sigma initiatives.
