About the ES Technology Team
The Technology Team is responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining the technical landscape that supports our customers and services. It ensures secure functionality while delivering technical solutions to provide high-quality services and optimize costs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and support of Dynamics 365 applications, including the F&O and XRM modules, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues within Dynamics 365, working with business stakeholders and technical teams to manage escalations and resolutions.
- Design, develop, and implement new features and customizations for Dynamics 365, primarily using X++ for F&O and C# / .NET for CRM modules.
- Manage and track incidents, service requests, and enhancements related to Dynamics 365 using the company’s ticketing system.
- Configure, customize, and maintain Dynamics 365 environments, focusing on continuous improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement automation and promote DevOps practices in Dynamics 365 environments.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining monitoring tools for Dynamics 365 applications to ensure health checks, alerting, and quick incident resolution.
- Generate and maintain technical and user documentation in English for system configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting guides.
Your skills and experience
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Dynamics 365 application support and operations, with skills in the following areas :
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically Finance & Operations (F&O) and XRM (Customer Engagement / CRM) modules.Knowledge of X++ and / or C# / .NET is a must.Scripting and customization skills using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Dynamics 365 SDK.Familiarity with DevOps practices within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, including experience with Azure DevOps or equivalent tools for CI / CD pipeline automation.Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and experience with Dynamics 365 databases.Experience working with cloud-based environments and integrations within Dynamics 365 (mainly LCS), including Azure Services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, etc.).Familiar with system monitoring solutions such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Power Platform Admin Center.Experience managing and troubleshooting integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems (e.g., Datalakes, Jira, Azure Function Apps).Strong problem-solving skills, able to resolve complex issues within Dynamics 365 from functional and technical perspectives.Ability to self-manage tasks and work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment with minimal supervision.Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical issues into business language and working cross-functionally with teams and stakeholders.Why join us?
