WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Lead requirement-gathering sessions centered on object mapping and data transformation for the Eightfold Talent Intelligence AI Platform (eightfold.Ai) implementation
• Oversee the implementation of data integration solutions utilizing JSON, XML, ETL, and Python
• Act as the customer’s trusted advisor on all technical matters and suggest best practices to accomplish goals
• Work together with the skilled Functional team to evaluate the feasibility of requirements
• Guide the technical team through multi-phase delivery projects and offer direct delivery support
• Forge relationships with partner technical resources
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and promote sustainable and scalable data integration practices
