- Assist with recruitment activities such as job postings, interview coordination, and candidate evaluation.
- Coordinate onboarding agendas and organize events for new hires.
- Support the implementation of the annual learning and development plan, including logistics and resource development.
- Manage metrics and data reporting to monitor process quality.
- Analyze performance evaluations to suggest development actions.
- Help coordinate employer branding initiatives and maintain relationships with academic institutions.
- Contribute to internal communication and change management efforts.

- Collaborate with employees, communications teams, academic partners, and external vendors.
- Requirements
- Education : University degree in Psychology preferred.
- Experience : None required.
