Buscamos un perfil creativo experto en generación de contenido multimedia con herramientas de inteligencia artificial, para formar parte de una agencia de publicidad internacional ubicada en el centro de Barcelona.

Tu misión será la de liderar y co-crear soluciones multimedia (vídeo, imagen, audio, interacción) potenciadas por IA generativa (texto a imagen, vídeo, audio Deep Learning), combinando aprendizajes técnicos con sensibilidad creativa. Serás la interfaz entre creativos, clientes y tecnología, traductor del “breve” en resultados visuales, narrativos e interactivos con IA.

Responsabilidades :

Ideación creativa asistida por IA : campañas visuales, motion Graphics, deepfakes, narrativas generadas.
Producción multimedia : generación, edición y refinamiento con herramientas IA (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, herramientas de audio generativo, etc.).
Diseño de flujos creativos híbridos IA-humano, integrando procesos IoT e interacción.
Encargado de formar al personal de la agencia : creativos, cuentas y producción.
Prototipado iterativo de ideas con interfaces generativas (mundo virtual, AR / VR, web interactiva).
Colaboración con desarrolladores, UX / UI, storytellers y clientes.
Capacitación interna del equipo en uso eficiente de IA creativa.

Requisitos :

Experiencia profesional mínima de 3 a 5 años en roles creativos o multimedia con IA aplicada.

Portafolio sólido con ejemplos de uso IA para vídeo, imagen, audio o interfaces.

Conocimientos técnicos en plataformas IA generativa (texto, imagen, vídeo, audio).

Buen nivel de scripting (Python, node.Js, etc.) o habilidad para trabajar con APIs de IA.

Inglés alto (clientes internacionales), catalán y / o castellano valorable.

Sensibilidad visual, narrativa y atención al detalle.

Pensamiento crítico con IA (ingeniería puntual, diseño de salidas coherentes).

Ofrecemos :

Salario de 50k anuales brutos fijos.

Modalidad híbrida (días de oficina y remoto a valorar)

Ubicación : centro de Barcelona.

Jornada completa de lunes a viernes.

Posibilidad de viajar internacionalmente.
