We are seeking an experienced Contracting Expert who will be responsible for corporate and project activities.

• The successful candidate will participate in preparing new packages of procurement contracting conditions and improving existing standards to adapt them to current market needs.
• They will support other procurement departments in implementing procurement contracting conditions by aligning them with their procedures.
• They will facilitate understanding with the Legal Department and other disciplines related to contractual matters.
• They will prepare / review contractual conditions of corporate agreements and train employees on contracting conditions.
• They will advise on general doubts related to contractual matters.

The Contracting Expert will monitor and supervise correct preparation of documents, supervising amendments and modifications to guarantee coherence and risk mitigation with project requirements and needs.

They will also advise on Seller's / Subcontractor's deviations from Project Procurement Contracting Conditions, solve doubts, conflicts, and disagreements related to Project Procurement Contracting Conditions and Purchase Orders.

To perform these tasks, the Contracting Expert must have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar, experience in contract management, drafting and negotiating contracts, making contractual back-to-back, and MS Office.

They must have a high level of written and spoken English and Spanish, be flexible, and have the ability to mediate and reconcile positions of different interests.

Strong problem-solving, leadership, and influencing skills are essential.
