The Role
The Community Manager will execute communication strategies, drive engagement, and build strong relationships within the French markets and wider Web3 community. Responsibilities include creating engaging content, managing key social channels (Discord, Telegram, Twitter), organizing online events, and responding to community feedback. This role requires fluency in Web3, DeFi, AI, Blockchain, and Crypto, native-level French proficiency, and experience in community building. Strong communication skills, social media expertise, and the ability to collaborate across teams are essential to ensuring brand consistency and growth. This role requires a hybrid attendance in the office (3 days / week) and is available for candidates that are based in or willing to relocate to our office location in Malta, Madrid, or Lyon.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Identify, build relationships with, and collaborate with relevant community influencers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the French-speaking Web3 space.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging community culture that encourages participation and collaboration.
Liaise with other departments to stay updated on new marketing initiatives, campaigns, product and service developments to ensure brand consistency.
Requirements :
Demonstrable passion for the Web3 space and a genuine interest in building and nurturing online communities.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
