We are seeking a highly skilled HR Administrative professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all HR administrative tasks, including employee lifecycle management, absences, accidents, and insurance coordination. They will ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data in our ERP system, coordinate and support onboarding and offboarding processes, act as the go-to contact for employment contracts, certificates, training agreements, and internal regulations, maintain high-quality HR data and create HR dashboards, collaborate closely with other HR team members and the Payroll department, and contribute to various HR projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience : +5 years of professional experience as an HR Generalist.
Qualifications : Diploma of HR Specialist or equivalent.
Knowledge : Strong expertise in labour law and HR administration.
Languages : German mother tongue language and excellent English skills (French desirable).
Skills : Analytical and pragmatic mindset, team player with excellent interpersonal skills, flexible, dynamic, solution-oriented, adaptable and proactive.
