Base pay range

We are currently recruiting a Client Services Officer to join our client's team in Madrid on a permanent contract. If you are fluent English (C2 level), and looking to develop your career in an international and dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you.

You will play a key role in supporting clients by providing high-quality assistance, ensuring satisfaction, and building long-term relationships.

Education

Profile Requirements :

Minimum of Bac+2 or equivalent higher education qualification.

Languages

Full professional proficiency in English (C2 level written and spoken is mandatory).

Knowledge of an additional language is a plus, depending on project needs.

Key Skills

Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and standard office tools.

Ability to manage and nurture client relationships.

Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is highly valued.

Working Conditions

Full-time (40 hours / week);

Rotational shifts, 5 working days per week (Monday to Sunday), with flexibility :

Day Shift : Between 07 : 30 and 19 : 00

Afternoon Shift : Between 17 : 00 and 04 : 00
