Descripción del trabajoBachelor\'s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) 5+ years of experience in maintenance or engineering management, preferably in cold storage or logistics Strong understanding of refrigeration systems, warehouse automation, and contractor management Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Engineering Manager to support and complement our current regional engineering leadership.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance oversight, facility management, and technical point of contact for commercial queries
- Daily maintenance operations management including refrigeration systems, material handling equipment, and utilities
- Contractor and vendor management
- Coordination of external contractors for specialized repairs, installations, and upgrades
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards
- Budgeting and planning : Support the development of annual maintenance plans and capital expenditure strategies
- Engineering project support and management including automation, energy efficiency, and sustainability initiatives
