We're looking for a Head of Growth (CMO track) to join us in Madrid.

Belari is a Spanish-born, digital-native brand founded in 2025 to reclaim the bathroom as a space of design, personality, and style. Backed by a strong and experienced investor, our ambition is to become the leading European bathroom brand — the Kave Home or Sklum of bathrooms.

The team

We're currently a team of 5 — small, senior, ambitious, and incredibly dynamic.

Every decision you take and every campaign you launch will have a direct impact on Belari's growth, revenue, and brand trajectory.

Your Mission

You will lead and execute Belari's entire growth and acquisition strategy..

Your goal : bring marketing spend below 30% while scaling efficiently and fast.

Key responsibilities :

• Own and optimise Meta Ads (core today), plus Google, Pinterest and new channels as we expand.
• Build and execute the acquisition strategy : audiences, structure, media mix, testing.
• Develop the creative strategy, working with our strong internal content team and AI workflows.
• Manage and improve Klaviyo (flows + campaigns) as a key part of the growth engine.
• Analyse performance deeply : ROAS, CAC, attribution, funnel performance.
• Understand Belari's value proposition and translate it into high-converting messaging across all touchpoints.

This is a hands-on marketing role with direct impact on revenue and a clear growth path to CMO.
