What you will be doing

As our Product Manager in Barcelona , you’ll drive execution across cross‑functional squads, improve user experience for employers and candidates, and deliver measurable impact on activation, engagement, and retention. You’ll balance speed, data, effort, feasibility, and user empathy - helping us maintain creativity while the organisation grows.

Tasks

  • Lead discovery and delivery of new product features and improvements
  • Translate business and customer needs into clear product outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to execute releases
  • Prioritise the roadmap for your product area in line with JOIN’s overall product strategy
  • Measure success through data and user feedback, developing further improvements based on insights
  • Maintain high‑quality documentation (PRDs, success metrics, roadmaps)
  • Use experimentation and data analysis (Amplitude, BigQuery, etc.) to validate hypotheses and guide decisions

Who you will work with

You’ll be part of JOIN’s Product Team, collaborating daily with Engineering, Design, and Marketing squads to deliver high‑impact initiatives. You’ll report directly to the Head of Product, and partner with cross‑functional stakeholders across Barcelona, Poland and Berlin to ensure seamless execution and communication.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of product management experience in a SaaS or B2B tech environment
  • Technical background (e.g., prior experience in software engineering or other technical roles) and can comfortably discuss architecture, APIs and data flows
  • Proven track record driving end‑to‑end delivery of product initiatives
  • Experience with data tools (Amplitude, BigQuery, Mixpanel) and basic SQL knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Strong product sense and user empathy, able to simplify complexity
  • Analytical mindset with experience in experimentation and data‑driven decisions
  • Collaborative and structured working style in a fast‑moving environment

  • Experience in HR Tech, recruitment, or marketplace products
  • Familiarity with UX principles and design thinking
  • Previous experience in a fast‑scaling startup or scale‑up environment
