Some of the projects you will be involved in :

Development of our employer branding image.

HR process and policies. Adapting company policies to our market, and developing new ones.

Compliance and legal requirements : Plan de Igualdad, Ley General de Discapacidad...

Implementation of the Development & Training Plan.

Assist the team in all HR related topics.

Bachelor or Master in HR discipline.

Native Spanish speaker.

• Excellent English language skills (spoken & written);

German language skills are a plus.
