Role Overview
We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Paid Social Ad Operations Specialist to join our growing paid media team. You’ll work directly with our Director of Paid Social, Ana, to execute and optimize paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit for B2B SaaS clients. This role is critical to maintaining our high performance standards as we scale our client portfolio.
What You’ll Do
Campaign Execution & Management
- Set up and launch paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit advertising platforms
- Execute daily campaign optimizations including budget adjustments, bid modifications, and audience refinements
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify underperforming ads for pause or optimization
- Conduct A / B tests on ad creative, copy, targeting, and bidding strategies
- Implement technical setups including conversion tracking, pixel installation, and attribution modeling
Performance Monitoring & Analysis
Review daily performance metrics across all active campaigns and flag anomaliesGenerate weekly performance reports with insights and recommendationsIdentify trends and optimization opportunities through data analysisMaintain performance dashboards and client-facing reporting
Build and manage custom audiences using first‑party data, website visitors, and lookalike segmentsCreate targeted audiences based on job titles, company size, industry, and funnel stageManage retargeting campaigns for different engagement levels and content interactionsOptimize audience targeting based on performance data and client ICP refinementsQuality Assurance & Process Management
Ensure all campaigns adhere to platform best practices and compliance requirementsPrepare campaign performance summaries for client callsSupport strategic recommendations with performance data and insightsQualifications
3+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid social campaigns, preferably for B2B SaaS companiesExperience with conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and performance measurementStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and data analysisAdvanced understanding of paid social platforms including campaign types, bidding strategies, and optimization techniquesKnowledge of A / B testing methodologies and statistical significanceOrganized approach to campaign management and documentationExperience with B2B SaaS marketing funnels and pipeline attributionFamiliarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation toolsKnowledge of Clay, Fibbler, or similar data enrichment and workflow automation toolsBenefits
